Minor in Digital Humanities

The College of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Arts (CHSSA) offers an interdisciplinary minor in Digital Humanities. The minor provides students with an understanding of the study of digital technologies with a focus on their impact on diverse human experiences, cultures, and cultural expression. Students complement core requirements with classes on the development, application, and implications of digital technologies from the perspective of different sciences (CSC, GGY, CIT), humanities (PAR, ENG, HST, WLC, COM) and arts disciplines (ART). For information about the minor requirements, please consult the undergraduate catalogue. Students should contact the minor coordinator, Prof. Jennifer Lozano (UNCW English Department), at lozanoj@uncw.edu for additional information.
