K-12 teachers in the following counties may purchase a NC Resident Borrower’s Card for $7.00, renewable annually: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, Pender, Onslow, and Sampson. Teachers must present valid photo ID and proof of employment as a K-12 educator in one of those counties at the Library Help Desk to obtain/renew this card. Free access to Guest Computers (2 hours a day) and Seahawk Guest WiFi.
4 visitor computers are located on the first floor of the UNCW Library - Randall Hall . Visitors must register for a free account at the Library Help Desk. The session time limit on these computers is one hour, and visitors are limited to a total of two hours daily. These computers have internet access and MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access software. There is no other software available on these computers. Users can save materials either by emailing to your personal email account (ex. Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) or by saving to a flash drive (you will need to bring your own).
We have a book scanner, you can scan resources as PDF files and email or save to flash drive.
