After searching the Library Catalog using a composer's name (author) or by the title of a work or a keyword, use the Limit/Sort button at the top of the page, then choose MUSIC SCORE in the Material Type box.
When browsing the collection in person, you can find different kinds of music books and materials based on their call numbers--the order and section they're shelved in.
Call numbers that start with "Mu":
Mu classification numbers for printed music are used for works by one composer. It is arranged alphabetically by composer, then by title and/or type of work.

Call numbers that start with "ML" (Music Literature) and "MT" (Music Theory):
Music Literature (ML) items include books about music history and literature. Music Theory (MT) books cover music theory, music education, and instruction and study (including many method books)
