How to use the UNCW Institutional Repository

Folks with UNCW email addresses should be able to use single sign-on to automatically generate an account. To do so, select "Log in with SAML."

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions required of UNCW Institutional Repository account holders. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact our Open Knowledge & Research Impact Librarian using the links to the left.

Gaining Permission to Submit Items

You will not automatically be able to submit or edit items after logging in to the UNCW Institutional Repository for the first time. An administrator will need to assign you permission to add items to certain repository collections. After you log in for the first time, please contact our Open Knowledge & Research Impact Librarian using the email link to the left and request access to a specific collection. You will only be able to add items to collections for which you have been assigned those permissions.
